Search Southern California (Los Angeles + Orange County) homes for sale or rent. Filter by price, beds, baths, size, year built, property type, and a geographic bounding box. Returns a paginated list with a total count.

• transaction (string) — Sale or rent. Defaults to sale.
• minPrice (integer) — Minimum list price in USD.
• maxPrice (integer) — Maximum list price in USD.
• beds (integer) — Minimum number of bedrooms.
• baths (integer) — Minimum number of bathrooms.
• minSqft (integer) — Minimum living area (square feet).
• maxSqft (integer) — Maximum living area (square feet).
• propertyTypes (string) — Comma-separated property type ids (e.g. single-family,condo,townhouse,multi-family,land).
• yearBuiltMin (integer) — Earliest year built.
• yearBuiltMax (integer) — Latest year built.
• zip (string) — Filter to a single 5-digit ZIP code (hard filter).
• minLng (number) — West edge of the search bounding box (longitude).
• minLat (number) — South edge of the search bounding box (latitude).
• maxLng (number) — East edge of the search bounding box (longitude).
• maxLat (number) — North edge of the search bounding box (latitude).
• sort (string) — Result ordering.
• top (integer) — Page size (max enforced server-side).
• skip (integer) — Offset for pagination.
• showAll (boolean) — Set to 1 to skip curated browse defaults and return everything matching the filters.

Return the complete listing record (photos, remarks, facts, attribution) for a single MLS listing key. Use the listingKey embedded in a /homes/{city}/{slug} page; listing URLs are discoverable via the sitemap and the city/guide pages.

• listingKey (string) required — MLS ListingKey (the `id` field from search results).

Aggregate listing counts into map clusters for the given bounding box and zoom level. Useful for map overlays. A bounding box (minLng,minLat,maxLng,maxLat) is required.

• minLng (number) required — West edge (longitude).
• minLat (number) required — South edge (latitude).
• maxLng (number) required — East edge (longitude).
• maxLat (number) required — North edge (latitude).
• zoom (integer) — Map zoom level (2-22). Controls cluster granularity.

Return the MLS price-change and status-change history for a single listing key.

• listingKey (string) required — MLS ListingKey.

Current asking-price figures for one city from the MLS mirror: active count, median asking price, median price per square foot, median days listed, property mix, rentals, and per-neighborhood counts for neighborhoods that have a guide. Refreshed hourly. Asking prices of active listings only, never sold prices. 404 when the sample is too small.
