I’m Slava Ploshkin, founder of The Slava House. My work is about taste, honesty, direction, and helping people make better real estate decisions.
There was a time when everything I had built in Moscow began to fall apart. Opportunities faded, the city felt different, and the life I knew no longer fit who I was becoming.
A close friend of mine was already living in Los Angeles. He saw what was happening and told me, “Come here. Start again.” So I did. It was a one way ticket. No plan, no safety net, just faith.
When I arrived, I did not speak the language and did not understand the culture. I had no friends, no contacts. Only curiosity and determination.
I was born and grew up in Belarus, the place where I spent most of my life, and one I will always be grateful for.
When I was 12, I was hit by a car and lost my leg. Three days before that, I had been preparing to enter a military academy. The accident changed everything. It ended one path, but opened another.
At 15, I moved to Moscow. A new country, a massive city, and my first real test of independence. There, I built my career from the ground up, reached over 10 million followers, and worked with global brands.
Everyone has their own definition of success. For some, it is numbers. For others, it is peace. For me, it is helping people find the space where both exist.
The Slava House is designed to make real estate feel clear, personal, and beautifully handled. Every detail matters, because the wrong decision can still look beautiful from the outside.
Good judgment does.
A home can be more than a place. It can be the moment you realize you have arrived.
Every good move begins with understanding. That is where the best work happens.
