I came to the US at 20 with almost no English. I learned the language, then studied California real estate in English and passed the license exam on the first try. Before that I spent years making videos online and built an audience of about 10 million people.
So when someone in Moscow, Dubai or Berlin asks me whether they can really buy a house here without flying in first, I don't answer from a brochure. I went through the same thing, with an ocean in between and documents in a language I was still learning. I know where it gets confusing and where people lose money.
I also don't work alone. My broker is Joe Goodman. He has been doing California real estate for over 25 years, through 2008, the pandemic and everything in between. You talk to us in whichever language is easier. We handle the deal.

Contracts in California are in English, and that's not going to change. So we sit down and go through each page together in Russian until the numbers and the risks are clear. You don't sign anything you only half understand.
I walk through every house on a live video call and tell you what I actually see. If the floor creaks or the street is loud, you'll hear it. You can decide before you buy a plane ticket.
You won't get fifty "just checking in" texts from me. Our system watches the market, and I call when there's something worth a call. If it's a bad time to buy, I'll tell you that too.
I was nervous at first because Slava is young, and buying a house in LA isn't something I wanted to take lightly. But I gave him a chance, and I'm glad I did. It was way more comfortable than I expected, and Joe Goodman helped too. These guys know what they're doing.

No. Russian and English are the same service on the same terms. You just pick the language your family is more comfortable in. We explain documents in the language you understand numbers in, and negotiate in whichever one gets you the better result.
Yes. I made this move myself, so I know what it takes: live video tours of every house, documents reviewed remotely, signings coordinated across time zones. Plenty of our clients commit to a home before they ever land here.
That's exactly what we're for. Documents in a California deal stay in English, but we go through each one with you in Russian, page by page, until the numbers and the risks are clear. No, most of our clients work with us in English. Russian is just something we can do. Mixed families switch languages in the middle of a meeting all the time, and that's fine.
